Shipping Policy
Our shipping policy is pretty standard. Personalised items take time to make so please be patient with me. (These items usually take approximately 3-5 working days) I start the process of your order as soon as you have made the purchase so please be aware of any mistakes that you may have made. You can use the contact me section on the site or contact me through Facebook to correct any mistakes but please be aware that this is not always possible and may still be charged.

Parcel companies I use are Royal Mail, Evri, DPD each company can take a different amount of time to deliver but I do aim to get your item to you as quickly as possible but still safely.
Return & Exchange Policy
Personalised items are non-returnable. However if a mistake has been made by Apollos Crafty Shack then I will however replace or refund the item. If there is a mistake made at purchase Apollos Crafty Shack holds no responsibility for the return or exchange of an item.

If an item arrives damaged you can use the contact us section on the homepage to have a chat and I will do everything I can to correct the problem.

If you don't receive your item, unfortunately once it has left me, its in the hands of the courier, but please contact us as well as the courier, so we can also help open an investigation.
